Essa definisce essenzialmente aspetti come i contenuti del <strong>sistema di qualit\u00e0 aziendale<\/strong> rispetto alla sicurezza funzionale dei prodotti (FSMS, acronimo di<em> Functional Safety Management System<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>La norma IEC 61508:2010 introduce il concetto di SIL (<em>Safety Integrity Level<\/em>), un\u2019unit\u00e0 di misura quantitativa e certificata per stabilire il livello di integrit\u00e0 dei sistemi di sicurezza elettrici, elettronici ed elettronici programmabili per il loro intero ciclo di vita, dalla loro analisi all\u2019esercizio, passando per la realizzazione. Vengono definiti quattro livelli SIL, da SIL1 a SIL4: maggiore \u00e8 il SIL, minore \u00e8 la probabilit\u00e0 che il sistema sia soggetto a guasti pericolosi che compromettono la funzione di sicurezza richiesta. Il SIL \u00e8 perci\u00f2 una misura dell\u2019affidabilit\u00e0 del sistema di sicurezza e si ottiene solo con il metodo <em>proven in use<\/em>, basato sul grado di affidabilit\u00e0 e basso tasso di errore di un numero minimo di sistemi installati e operativi.<\/p>\n<p>Affinch\u00e9 un impianto raggiunga una determinata classe SIL, ogni suo elemento collegato a una determinata funzione di sicurezza deve rispettare i requisiti prescritti da quella classe SIL: se anche uno solo degli elementi collegati a una funzione di sicurezza raggiungesse una classe SIL inferiore, l\u2019intero impianto verrebbe classificato con la classe SIL raggiunta da quell\u2019elemento. Gli impianti ORS vengono scomposti nei seguenti elementi collegati a una funzione di sicurezza, a ciascuno dei quali viene assegnato un determinato livello SIL:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sensore di ossigeno<\/li>\n<li>Sistema di controllo<\/li>\n<li>Modulo I\/O<\/li>\n<li>Generatore atmosfera auto-estinguente<\/li>\n<li>Valvola di distribuzione<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019analisi dell\u2019affidabilit\u00e0 di un impianto, di un dispositivo o sistema con implicazioni di sicurezza (cio\u00e8 che presenta rischi per l\u2019uomo, l\u2019ambiente e le cose) \u00e8 sempre pi\u00f9 richiesta, per esempio dalla pi\u00f9 recente norma ISO 20338:2019. Si tratta dunque di un metodo efficace e <strong>internazionalmente riconosciuto<\/strong> per garantire e dimostrare il livello di sicurezza di un impianto ORS.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
