Sie definiert im Wesentlichen Aspekte wie die Inhalte des <strong>Qualit\u00e4tsmanagementsystems<\/strong> in Bezug auf die funktionale Sicherheit von Produkten (FSMS, Abk\u00fcrzung f\u00fcr<em> Functional Safety Management System<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>Die Norm IEC 61508: 2010 f\u00fchrt den Begriff SIL (<em>Safety Integrity Level<\/em>) ein, eine quantitative, zertifizierte Ma\u00dfeinheit zur Ermittlung der Integrit\u00e4t elektrischer, elektronischer und programmierbarer elektronischer Sicherheitssysteme, die f\u00fcr ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus programmiert werden k\u00f6nnen, von der Analyse \u00fcber die Verwirklichung bis zum Betrieb. Der SIL sieht vier Sicherheitsstufen vor, SIL1 bis SIL4: Je h\u00f6her die SIL, desto geringer ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass gef\u00e4hrliche Sch\u00e4den im System auftreten, die die geforderte Sicherheitsfunktion beeintr\u00e4chtigen. SIL ist daher ein Ma\u00df f\u00fcr die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit des Sicherheitssystems und nur mit der betriebsbew\u00e4hrten Methode\u00a0 zu erlangen, die auf dem Grad von Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und der geringen Fehlerrate einer Mindestanzahl von installierten Betriebssystemen beruht.<\/p>\n<p>Damit ein System eine bestimmte SIL-Klasse erreichen kann, muss jedes seiner mit einer bestimmten Sicherheitsfunktion verbundenen Elemente den von dieser SIL-Klasse vorgeschriebenen Anforderungen entsprechen: Wenn nur eines der mit einer Sicherheitsfunktion verbundenen Elemente eine niedrigere SIL-Klasse besitzt, wird das gesamte System der SIL-Klasse zugeordnet, die dieses Element hat. ORS-Anlagen sind in folgende Elemente unterteilt, die mit einer Sicherheitsfunktion verbunden sind, denen jeweils eine bestimmte SIL-Stufe zugewiesen ist:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sauerstoffsensor<\/li>\n<li>Steuerungssystem<\/li>\n<li>Modul I\/O<\/li>\n<li>Erzeuger der selbstl\u00f6schenden Atmosph\u00e4re<\/li>\n<li>Verteilerventil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeitsanalyse von sicherheitsrelevanten Anlagen, Ger\u00e4ten oder Systemen (die also Risiken f\u00fcr Mensch, Umwelt und Gegenst\u00e4nde bergen) wird zunehmend verlangt, beispielsweise von der aktuellen Norm ISO 20338: 2019. Es handelt sich folglich um eine effiziente und <strong>international anerkannte<\/strong> Methode, um das Sicherheitsniveau eines ORS-Systems zu gew\u00e4hrleisten und nachzuweisen.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
